Notes on Purchasing

1. What is NANIRO Subscription Service?

1.NANIRO is a service that allows users to subscribe to picture books for 500 yen per month (in-app fixed term purchase).

2.Usage Fees

1.The fee is 500 yen per month (tax included) *for a limited time only.

2.At the Company’s discretion, a certain discount may be applied to certain members for a period of time determined by the Company. In such cases, the discount will be applied only during the discount period specified by the Company, and after the discount period has elapsed, the normal usage fee will apply.

3.Discounts may be offered on usage fees due to campaigns, etc. Such discounts are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in each campaign. The conditions of such discounts shall be in accordance with the conditions stipulated in each campaign. Please note that the discount may not be applied if you use this service without following the applicable conditions of the campaign, etc.

4.Fees will be charged to your platform ID. If you have any questions regarding fees or days of use, please contact the respective platform.

5.If you have purchased a NANIRO subscription under a different platform ID, please cancel your previous subscription before purchasing a new one. The subscription will not be automatically cancelled.

6.We do not accept any cancellations or refunds for duplicate purchases, even if subscriptions were purchased for the same NANIRO user on multiple platform IDs, each with the same NANIRO user.

7.We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or extensions of the validity period, except as otherwise required by law.

3.free trial (e.g. of software, game, etc.)

1.You can try “NANIRO” for free for one month.

2.If you wish to end the free trial period alone, you must cancel the subscription (stop automatic renewal) at least 24 hours before the expiration date (0:00).

3.If you cancel after this time, your subscription will be automatically renewed and a monthly fee will be charged.

4.Term of Use and Automatic Renewal

1.The period during which the Service may be used (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Usage Period”) shall begin on the date of execution of the Service Agreement and end on the day preceding the first day of the month following the month on which the Service Usage Period ends (or, if no such day falls on the first day of the month, the first day of the month following the month in which no such day falls). (If there is no corresponding day, it shall be the first day of the month following the month in which such corresponding day does not exist).

However, if a free trial period is applicable, the Service usage period shall begin on the day following the day on which the free trial period ends and end on the day preceding the corresponding day of the following month.

2.When you purchase NANIRO, your contract is automatically renewed without any procedures.

3.If you wish to stop automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription (stop automatic renewal). For details, please refer to “5.

4.Please cancel your subscription (stop auto-renewal) at least 24 hours before the expiration date (0:00).

5.Uninstalling the application or changing the platform ID will not automatically terminate the contract.

5.Cancellation (stop automatic renewal)

1. NANIRO subscriptions and free trials can be cancelled in the following ways
